AGREEMENT FOR NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE EXAMPLE BELOW
This agreement ("Registration") is made on [17/04/2023] between [MR CANDIDATE EXAMPLE] ("Registrant") and [Zidaan Consultancy] ("Company").
WHEREAS, Registrant has expressed interest in registering for [Employment Services] provided by Company; and
WHEREAS, Company requires a non-refundable registration fee of £500 in order to process the registration for the Program/Service;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below, the parties agree as follows:
Registrant shall pay a non-refundable registration fee of £500 to Company in order to register for the Program/Service.
Registrant acknowledges that the registration fee is non-refundable and shall not be returned to Registrant under any circumstances.
Registrant acknowledges that payment of the registration fee does not guarantee acceptance into that one specific employment contract. Instead the Company ensures to provide all the services required until you secure the job in one of their Clients they supply to.
Registrant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the Program/Service.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
